Warranty Policy

After 30 days, the product is subject to our manufacturer’s warranty and must be authorized by a Customer Service Specialist.

All of ProCom Heating Inc products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer of ProCom Heating Inc. However, some products carry different warranties. Please check the product page on our website or the product’s manual for more information. Within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.

You can register your product on the ProCom Heating website. Click here for the product warranty registration form. When calling in concerning products under warranty, you will be required to have a completed warranty form on file before a warranty claim will be processed.

ProCom Heating Inc is not responsible for products or parts that fail or become damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, tampering or alteration(s).

Product warranties only cover the cost of part(s) required to restore this product to proper operating condition and an allowance for labor when provided by a ProCom Heating Inc Authorized Service Center. Warranty parts must be obtained through authorized dealers of the product and/or ProCom Heating Inc who will provide original factory replacement parts. Failure to use original factory replacement parts will void the warranty.

Damaged Goods:

Please inform us within 2 business days if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers, and take pictures, send it to your Customer Service Specialist via Service Ticket.

Factory Reconditioned Products:

Limited Warranty: ProCom Heating warrants factory reconditioned products and any parts thereof to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period 30 days from the date of first purchase from an authorized dealer provided the product has been installed, maintained and operated in accordance with ProCom Heating’s warnings and instructions. No return will be authorized. Parts will be provided to repair the product.
